"THOUGHTCRIME"
Sept 3, 2005: Here's a quote from the notorious Ernst Zuendel writing to his wife from his cell in Mannheim Prison, Germany where he is currently imprisoned for the "crime" of questioning official Holocaust figures from World War Two:
"... if we, you and I, are careful and listen into ourselves very attentively, listen to our inner selves, it will manifest itself to us exactly what it is that wants to be born. We must not allow earthly pain, loneliness, misunderstandings, past hurts and jealousies thwart this process. Maybe to most people this sounds like pretty esoteric stuff ... But, Ingrid, this THING, this instinctively felt ambience is something different, almost as if out of a different dimension in space and time, something cosmic! " |
I don't know much about the Holocaust details which Zuendel was convicted of questioning, nor (half my blood relatives being Jewish) am I particularly interested in that subject at all. But it seems to me that this man, whatever else might be said about him, has picked up on a current from a higher realm. These quoted words are sound advice for anyone trying to get in contact with their own spirituality. It is precisely because I have instinctively followed this same principle in my own life that I have been having all the strange paranormal stuff going on lately -- it's happening for the purpose of CONFIRMING to me that I'm on the right path; of that I am certain. I think that it IS something cosmic which guides us from within and lets us know what is right, if only remember ourselves and quiet our minds down for long enough to notice it. And until we do -- each of us individually, on our own, by our own personal choice -- we will continue to spin our wheels, go around in circles, and keep repeating the same mistakes over and over again.
